Lifestyle Fertility Therapy

LFT is a unique combination of treatments adminstered following analysing and identifying problems and poor lifestyle choices that hinder fertility. The purpose is to increase the likelihood of conception and to build good foundations for a healthy pregnancy.

 

Kerry will closely review a client's medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise regime, and blood results including hormones. Following which Kerry will create a custom   holistic protocol to improve in all of these areas. Kerry will then coach you through the necessary changes and actions needed to improve your likelihood of conception.

 

Since 2015 over 450 people have conceived following the LFT protocol with each one being a wonderful miracle that makes Kerry's heart sing!

Female Fertility

Struggling to conceive is most often the result of a selection of issues rather than a single problem and this can cause frustration and dispair.

Kerry developed LFT to help investigate the causes of infertility for each client and to develop a plan to make improvements in each of the areas where there are challenges.

Male Fertility

Male fertility has become as large an issue in achieving conception as female fertility. Ensuring that sperm is as healthy and mobile as possible is key.

Specific male focussed protocols and treatment paths developed by Kerry are now available.

IVF Preparation Course

For those people who are undertaking an IVF cycle, the quality of the eggs and sperm that are being used is key to the success of the process and having a happy healthy baby!

Kerry has developed a course of treatment to achieve the best egg and sperm quality over the 90 day period leading up to the harvesting.

Pregnancy Pathway

Available to persons who have worked with Kerry to achieve conception, the Pregancy Pathway is a series of follow on consultations to help achieve a healthy pregnancy to full term.

Utilising the same LFT approach, identifying nutritional deficiencies and lifestyle adjustments, but specific to pregnancy.

Post Partum Pathway

Being pregnant is the most wonderful experience and bringing new life into the world is amazing! Doing so does however, take a great deal of your bodily resources.

Our Post Partum Protocol will help you recover and return your energy so you can fulfill the needs of your little one while regaining your strength and health.

Kerry will then coach you through the necessary changes and actions needed to improve your condition.

Menopause

Menopause is a natural biological process and marks the point where a woman no longer has menstrual cycles.

With a clear plan of approach and paying close attention to your body, Kerry is able to coach you to reduce or even eliminate your menopause symptoms.

Period Management

Periods are the portion of the menstrual cycle where the womb sheds it's lining .

A complex flurry of hormones accompany the changes in the stages of the cycle, all of which can cause some debilitating conditions.
