IVF Preparation

For those people who are undertaking an IVF cycle, the quality of the eggs and sperm that are being used is key to the success of the process and having a happy healthy baby!

Kerry has developed a course of treatment to achieve the best egg and sperm quality over the 90 day period leading up to the harvesting which is run with a complementing plan to improve the health of the client in order to create the greatest chance of a successful implantation.

The two approaches are described further below!

Pre Egg Collection

Egg quality and the health of the

prospective mother are of

paramount importance during

the build up to egg collection.

A great many of the same things

that are important when seeking

'natural' conception are equally

relevant to assisted conception

methods. With things such as IVF giving specific dates, it is possible to plan ahead and put a protocol in place to put you in the best possible situation for success.

Kerry will address key areas such as:

  • Thyroid Health

  • Deficiencies in Vitamins and Minerals

  • Stress Hormone Levels

  • Systemic Inflamation

  • Overall Health including reductions of allergies

  • Energy Levels

  • Sleep Patterns

  • Womb Lining Quality

These will be addressed by assessing the client's medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise regime, blood results and hormones and then implementing a holistic protocol to improve in all of these areas.

The result aims to be a significant improvement in the quality of the egg and the health of the client, increasing the likelihood of conception.

It takes at least 90 days to make significant changes to egg quality so ensure you plan ahead!

Pre Implantation

The period following collection

and on the build up to

implantation can be as short as

two weeks. There is more we

can do to improve the

likelihood of our egg safely

attaching to our womb lining.

In addition to maintaining the

progress made during Pre Egg Collection, Kerry will address key areas such as:

  • Implantation specific nutrition

  • Improvements in circulation

  • Further stress reduction

These will be addressed by assessing the client's medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise regime, blood results and hormones and then implementing a holistic protocol to improve in all of these areas.
