1) Should I inform my Doctor / Midwife?
You must consult with your midwife / Doctor first if you are suffering with high/ low blood pressure, anaemia, extreme swelling, epilepsy, diabetes or a cardiac disorder.
2) Are there any total exclusions from having a massage?
I will not treat you if you are suffering from; Pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, low placenta, fever or high temperature, undiagnosed lumps or bumps and before your 12 week scan.
3) What oils do you use?
I use Grape seed oil which is perfectly safe to use when you are pregnant.
