Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the sessions by video first?

With the exerience of over 18 years of management and treatment for clients and over 450 conceptions, Kerry has identified key areas of lifestyle and nutritional choices that make the largest difference to the improving fertility and health conditions.

The greatest method of improving the likelihood of conception involves analysing medical history, identifying inhibitors to conception and making lifestyle and nutritional changes to make up for deficiences.

Physical treatments including Fertility Massage and Fertility Acupuncture are only useful in certain cases once Kerry has determined that they are suitable in an individual case.

In-clinic sessions will be offered to clients who's medical postion warrant it.

Can I bring someone with me to in clinic appointments?

You are more than welcome to have someone come with you, however they will be asked to stay in the waiting area at the clinic.

Each treatment should be a relaxing, uninterrupted period of time for you. When suffering with infertility it can be very lonely, having someone to talk openly and honestly to without having potential emotional interference from another presence in the room is invaluable and our experience demonstrates that this is an effective method to progress on the path to fertility.

Why do you take a deposit?

On booking any appointment, we have unfortunately had to introduce the payment of a deposit.

The deposits are non-refundable and will be taken off the total appointment cost on the day AND must be used on a booked appointment within 3 months of the deposit date.

The deposit serve two main purposes:

1. Our clinics are extremely busy and we try to keep waiting lists to a minimum. If a client fails to attend their appointment, we end up with a vacant slot that we could have offered to another person. The deposit is taken to discourage last minute cancellations/changes.

2. We strive to keep our prices at a reasonable rate which is affordable to all clients. In order to do so, we run all aspects of our clinics as efficiently as possible. If a patient does not attend for a booked appointment we have a room standing empty. These costs still have to be paid regardless and are added to our overheads. The deposit helps cover the clinic costs if a client fails to attend.

For those clients who choose to buy bulk packages, if the required time for cancellation/rearrangement is not received, £35 will be deducted from your prepaid package.

We ask for £35 deposit when booking an appointment. The remaining balance is due by midnight the day prior to your appointment.
