A unique combination of treatments analysing and identifying problems and poor lifestyle choices that hinder fertility and give advice and treatment to build good foundations for a healthy pregnancy.

This is achieved through a number of modalities including nutrition improvements (looking in particular at vitamin and mineral deficiencies), stress management, positive mindset guidance, identification of underlying undiagnosed medical problems and other treatments as is appropriate to each person.

Since 2015 over 400 people have conceived with each one being a wonderful miracle that makes my heart sing!

Female Fertility

Struggling to conceive is most

often the result of a selection of

issues rather than a single

problem and this can cause

frustration and dispair.

Kerry developed Lifestyle

Fertility Therapy to help

investigate the causes of infertility

for each client and to develop a plan to make improvements in each of the areas where there are challenges.

Kerry will address problems such as:

  • Endometriosis preventing conception

  • Reoccuring Miscarriage

  • Low AMH (Low egg count)

  • Unexplained Infertility

  • Adenomyosis (Endrometrial tissue growing within the womb)

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

  • Anovulatory Cycles (Menstrual cycles but no egg is released)

  • Amenorrhea (An abscence of a menstrual cycle)

  • Poor Egg Quality

These will be addressed by assessing the client's medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise regime, blood results and hormones and then implementing a holistic protocol to improve in all of these areas.

The result aims to be a significant improvement in the quality of the egg and the health of the client, increasing the likelihood of conception.

It takes at least 90 days to make significant changes to egg quality and menstrual health so ensure you plan ahead!

Male Fertility

Male fertility has become as

large an issue in achieving

conception as female fertility.

Ensuring that sperm is as

healthy and mobile as possible

is key.

Kerry will address problems

such as:

  • Poor morphology (how well the sperm is formed)

  • Low count (the amount of sperm)

  • Poor motility (the movement of sperm)

  • High Aggluteination (sperm that clump together)

These will be addressed by assessing the client's medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise regime, blood results and hormones and then implementing a holistic protocol to improve in all of these areas.

The result aims to be a significant improvement in the quality of the sperm and the health of the client, increasing the likelihood of conception.

It takes 72 - 90 days to make significant changes to sperm quality so ensure you plan ahead!
