Menopause is a natural biological process and marks the point where a woman no longer has menstrual cycles. It isn't however an on/off switch and many people struggle with symptoms in the months and years leading up to a diagnosis.

With a clear plan of approach and paying close attention to your body, Kerry is able to coach you to reduce or even eliminate your symptoms.

Kerry will address problems such as:
